Job summary

Arbor Neuroscience is seeking a senior professional to build and run human clinical studies using functional ultrasound imaging and neuromodulation. You will establish partnerships with hospitals and academic centers, manage IRB submissions, and oversee participant scheduling, safety, and logistics.

The role focuses on growing the clinical program through scalable processes and at-home studies. The candidate will work across teams to design studies, recruit sites, train staff, and ensure data

• Substantial experience in human clinical research operations.
• Advanced training, ideally a PhD in a relevant field.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the clinical program: partner with scientific leadership on strategy, develop recruitment, onboard partners, design at-home studies.
• Run the studies: lead start-ups, manage IRB submissions, schedule visits, handle payments and travel, provide tech support and study SOPs, track adverse events.
