Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an experienced Manager, Clinical Operations Healthcare Consulting in the United States. The role centers on leading clinical operations workstreams, delivering complex healthcare transformation engagements, and coordinating with practice leadership to support client delivery, business development, and day-to-day execution across multiple engagements.

The Manager will apply healthcare industry expertise across clinical, operational, financial, and technology functions,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; healthcare background preferred.
7+ years in healthcare operations, leadership, or consulting.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in hospitals or health systems.
Strong executive communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data tools (Tableau/Power BI) and PM tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key resource to Clinical Operations leadership across client engagements and proposals.
Lead operational assessments across hospital and ambulatory settings.
Manage workstreams, develop recommendations, and supervise project teams.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
Develop high-quality client deliverables and executive-level communications.
Support business development, RFP responses, and scoping engagements.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure executive readiness of deliverables.
