Job summary

RSM is seeking an experienced Manager in its National Healthcare Consulting practice to support clinical operations engagements and drive transformation initiatives. You will lead workstreams, conduct assessments, develop recommendations, and manage project teams across hospital and ambulatory settings.

The role requires healthcare industry experience, strong executive communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality client deliverables and proposals while collaborating with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business field.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare experience including operations or consulting.
• Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong executive communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical operations workstreams and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop executive-level deliverables and client-ready materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, financial, and technology functions.
• Support business development activities including proposals and scope definitions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
