Job summary

First Choice Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Operations Assistant to oversee day-to-day operations across medical and dental sites under the CMO. The role sits on the Management Team and drives performance, compliance, quality, and strategic planning.

The COA will direct site policies, coordinate performance measures, staff development, credentialing, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level management and clinical operations training.
• Ability to prioritize and execute goals and initiatives.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and effective delegation.
• Knowledge of Six-Sigma, Lean and process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Directs site-level clinical operations and performance indicators.
• Develops plans to support growth and policy execution.
• Directs staff development, credentialing and evaluations.
• Leads CQI initiatives and patient flow improvements.
• Ensures compliance with quality and safety standards.
