LaSante Health Center is recruiting a Clinical Operations & Education Coordinator to elevate clinical operations through staff education, workflow development, competency assessment, and daily operational oversight on the clinical floor.

The role blends hands-on leadership with mentoring of nursing and support staff, ensuring efficient, safe, patient‑centered care while aligning with Nursing Leadership and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, preceptor, or training experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to improve clinical operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff and develop competency through education and assessments.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, patient flow, and room utilization.
• Observe and mentor clinical staff on the floor and support providers.
• Develop standardized training materials and onboarding processes.
• Conduct annual competency assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies and quality measures.
