Center Education Group is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical education and training for students. You will collaborate with sites, students, and faculty to deliver high-quality clinical experiences and may assist with classroom instruction and administrative duties.

Responsibilities include aligning education with program goals, coordinating placements, mentoring students, and reporting on progress and program effectiveness.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years in a clinical or teaching role in a healthcare-related field within the last five years.
• At least two years of occupational healthcare experience, preferably in surgical or operating room environments.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology or related healthcare program.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare or education-related field.
• BPSS Teacher License or eligibility is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and mentorship skills.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with program leadership to align clinical education with program goals and objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and evaluate clinical objectives, guidelines, and processes.
• Coordinate clinical placements for students, ensuring alignment with accreditation and curriculum requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical sites, students, and faculty to foster positive partnerships.
• Monitor and assess students’ clinical progress through site visits, evaluations, and performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and competencies in clinical settings.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to students during clinical rotations.
• Conduct clinical site visits to ensure adherence to program standards and address any issues that may arise.
• Organize and participate in orientation sessions for students and clinical instructors.
• Prepare and present reports on student progress, clinical site performance, and program effectiveness.
• Stay current in the field through professional development and integrate new educational methodologies.
• Participate in program-related committees and meetings, including curriculum development and accreditation processes.
