PhyNet Dermatology LLC is seeking a Site Lead to oversee and coordinate nursing, administrative, and clerical duties that support high-quality primary healthcare and patient care management under physician direction.

The role blends clinical responsibilities with supervision, ensuring compliance with practice standards while maintaining efficient operations and staffing, including recruitment and training of hourly employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient with practice management software and EMR; able to scribe chart notes as directed.
• Knowledge of medical practice and organizational policies to manage patient care.
• Experience with patient confidentiality and safety compliance.
• Must have prior Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing, administrative, and clerical duties to support high-quality care.
• Coordinate scheduling of tests and treatments and manage patient records.
• Order and maintain clinical and office supplies; ensure equipment is functional.
• Enforce standards, policies, and patient confidentiality; monitor staff compliance.
• Lead hourly staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Assist in staffing, timesheets, attendance, and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with HR on workers’ comp claims.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and adapt to practice needs.
