Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient with multiple computer systems and practice management software; able to scribe chart notes.
• Strong knowledge of medical practice and organizational policies.
• Must have prior Medical Assistant experience.
• Familiarity with examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing, administrative, and clerical duties to support patient care.
• Prepare examination and treatment rooms and maintain supplies.
• Schedule diagnostics and coordinate care; maintain patient records.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage hourly staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor confidentiality, safety, and staff training; ensure standards.
• Complete incident reports and report workers’ comp claims as needed.
• Manage staff schedules and approve timesheets; ensure adequate staffing.
