Responsibilities

• Understand and address patient and team member needs to ensure smooth daily operations for both the front and back office.
• Actively coach and mentor staff, fostering a supportive culture where team members feel encouraged to contribute and learn.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage schedules to optimize patient care and access.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and work collaboratively with the team to implement effective solutions.
• Adapt communication style to build strong relationships and keep conversations with patients, providers, and teammates productive.
• Provide direct patient care and stay updated on best practices to guide teammates and ensure quality treatment.
• Function as a working leader, providing on-the-ground support most of the time to ensure high-quality care and service.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, adapt to changing situations, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead regular team huddles to share updates, celebrate wins, and give helpful feedback.
• Additional duties as needed.
