Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and resident care with the DON and facility leadership.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing leadership and staff.
• Support the DON with day-to-day clinical operations, priorities, and accountability.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and key nursing metrics.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement action plans.
• Support regulatory compliance and survey readiness, including state and federal surveys.
• Assist with plans of correction and follow-up on identified deficiencies.
• Provide guidance related to nursing standards of practice, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
