About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) to join our skilled nursing facility leadership team in Milwaukee.

The Director of Clinical Operations is a key clinical leadership partner to the Director of Nursing (DON) and facility leadership. This position provides hands‑on clinical oversight, mentorship, quality improvement, regulatory support, and operational guidance to help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care.

Think of this role as a regional nurse consultant dedicated to one building. Rather than traveling between multiple facilities, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one team, know the residents and staff, and make a meaningful impact on clinical outcomes and facility performance.
