Qualifications

• Leadership experience of 2+ years.
• RN licensure in Wisconsin in good standing.

Responsibilities

• The Director of Clinical Services provides overall direction to the hospice clinical team.
• Hire qualified hospice personnel, coordinate evaluations and establish standards of care to comply with regulations.
• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Review and monitor sales and service performances.
• Support, build, and sustain a diverse team delivering on objectives.
• Communicate clearly and maintain relationships to problem-solve in a collaborative manner.
