Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Clinical Director for the Washburn House in Worcester, MA. You will share 24-hour clinical leadership with the Clinical Director, guiding clinicians and ensuring compliance with federal/state standards.

You will help develop clinical programming, supervise documentation audits, mentor staff, and drive quality across the facility while maintaining a 50% caseload and coordinating with leadership to achieve strong compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed in state of practice (LCDC-I, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Assists Clinical Director to develop effective clinical programming and ensures staff compliance.
• Audits documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations, Joint Commission and ASAM standards.
• Provides clinical supervision and coaching to clinicians.
• Manages a 50% caseload and oversees treatment plans and notes.
