Job summary

Piedmont HealthCare, PA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to manage daily clinical operations, support office staff, encourage training, and maintain a patient‑centered experience in a busy outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with the Office Manager, Director of Operations and Administration to implement policies, monitor patient flow, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant or higher clinical certification required.
• 1–2 years of medical office experience recommended.
• Prefer supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and reimbursement policies; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in the clinical area and coordinate staff schedules.
• Ensure a positive patient experience and smooth patient flow.
• Develop, implement and evaluate clinical policies, goals and objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed; maintain morale.
• Maintain inventory and ensure facility and equipment upkeep; HIPAA compliance.
