Four Seasons seeks an Administrative Assistant – Clinical Operations to support clinical documentation in the EMR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. The role coordinates administrative processes and enhances communication across teams to support high-quality patient care.

You will need strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical documentation in EMR to compliance standards.
• Coordinate administrative processes and support patient care.
• Prepare meeting minutes and IDG summary notes.
• Schedule charts and handle data entry for Start of Care.
• Provide receptionist support and interdepartmental assistance.
• Assist with special projects and data gathering.
• Maintain professional communication with staff and vendors.
