Job summary

Murata Viosis seeks a Clinical Operations and Applications Manager to lead technology-enabled clinical workflows and operational readiness. You will align clinical practices with product development, provide expert guidance on cardiac telemetry, and drive safety and quality across implementations.

The role focuses on clinical operations readiness, escalation pathways, and training of ops staff, with potential for people management as needed.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ASN from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license; multi-state license via compact; ability to obtain others.
• 5+ years of adult nursing in ICU/CVU/acute-care settings.
• Experience as charge nurse, preceptor, or clinical lead.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac anatomy, ECG interpretation, and escalation.
• Experience implementing and improving clinical workflows and patient-safety processes.
• Ability to translate clinical observations into clear use cases and requirements.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve technology-enabled clinical workflows, escalation protocols, SOPs, competency programs, and quality metrics.
• Review adult cardiac telemetry data and provide clinical leadership.
• Coordinate clinical operations priorities and manage risks for service continuity.
• Train, mentor, and coach clinical ops staff; administer competency assessments.
• Conduct clinical quality reviews, audits, and remediation actions.
• Lead customer workflow assessments, onboarding, and post-implementation reviews.
• Serve as clinical SME for telemetry, data interpretation, and escalation practices.
• Translate feedback into use cases, test scenarios, and improvement recommendations.
• Potential to assume people-management responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with telemetry standards and regulatory requirements.
