Job summary

Natera is seeking an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to drive account sales, service, and support for Oncology products in the Providence, RI area. You will focus on patient adherence to prescribed testing cadences and improve clinical workflows and test fulfillment.

You’ll educate medical professionals on Natera tools, cultivate key relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize patient retention and growth within existing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow, maintain and support existing Oncology customers in assigned territory.
• Build relationships with key personnel at Oncology accounts to drive unit growth.
• Monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize patient care and test workflows.
