Job summary

Southwoods Health in Boardman, OH seeks a Physician Practice Onboarding & Clinical Project Manager (RN or LPN) to coordinate onboarding of physicians, APPs, and staff. You will serve as the central liaison among clinical teams, IT, HR, credentialing, and revenue cycle, ensuring readiness of workflows, systems, equipment, and staff education.

You will lead ongoing clinical workflow optimization and standardization across our practices, with occasional local travel for implementation and support.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Ohio.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• 2–3 years in physician practice operations, office management, healthcare project management, or onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new physicians, APPs, and staff; act as liaison among clinical teams, IT, HR, credentialing and revenue cycle.
• Ensure readiness of workflows, systems, equipment, and staff education for onboarding.
• Lead ongoing clinical workflow optimization and standardization across practices.
