Job summary

Lifedoc Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Clinical Office Manager to lead the medical office and call center in a full-time, in-person role. You will organize staff schedules, ensure HIPAA and safety compliance, and drive operational efficiency to deliver quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supervisory roles within outpatient settings and a healthcare management mindset, with strong leadership and communication skills. This position is in-person at our Memphis location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher educational degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• 3+ years of outpatient clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the medical office and call center.
• Organize and supervise personnel activities and schedules for the clinic.
• Notify providers and staff of changes to schedules and protocols.
• Ensure waiting areas are clean and welcoming.
• Provide direction to improve operations and customer service.
• Supervise staff, evaluate performance, and manage personnel actions.
