Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates strategic and long-range plans for the medical office.
• Oversees staffing, patient relations, and billing processes.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA standards, HIPAA and corporate policies.
• Prepares annual expense budgets and monitors financial indicators.
• Monitors patient flow and staff scheduling; maintains records and meetings.
