Job summary

Lifedoc Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Senior Practice Administrator to ensure clinical staff follow Lifedoc guidelines and maximize patient flow. You will serve as the primary contact for Managers across Referrals, Front Desk, Community Health Worker, Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Assistants.

The role partners with HR on recruitment, training, and staff development, promotes accountability, and leads initiatives to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and operational performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration required.
• 5+ years in a management/leadership role in outpatient settings.
• 7+ years in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Clinical background in training and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver's license (5+ years).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Managers and departments across clinic locations.
• Oversee clinic and office workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor productivity, patient and employee satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA and organizational policies.
• Identify and resolve operational and clinical issues affecting patient care.
• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and emergencies as needed.
• Support optimization of EMR and other processes to improve productivity.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
