Lifedoc Health in Memphis, TN seeks an Operations Director to lead clinical, administrative, and financial operations across our outpatient clinics and programs. You’ll build high-performing teams, ensure compliance, and drive strategic initiatives in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years leadership in healthcare operations, ideally in outpatient clinics or FQHC settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across clinics, management office, and support services.
• Mentor and manage a team — hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staff development.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, HRSA, and payer compliance while fostering quality and safety.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, process improvements, and operational excellence.
• Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and manage vendor contracts for financial sustainability.
• Elevate Lifedoc’s presence through marketing and communications initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to support continuous quality improvement and organizational growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily operations across Lifedoc Health’s clinics, management office, and support services.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally within outpatient clinics or FQHC settings.
• Proven skills in team leadership, compliance oversight, budgeting, and strategic execution.
• Strong communicator, organized, and passionate about innovation and impact.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $85,000 – $105,000, based on experience.
