Job summary

Thomas Cuisine is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead the provision of high-quality nutrition services for patients in a healthcare setting. You will ensure meals and therapeutic diets meet clinical standards while guiding food service teams and improving patient satisfaction.

This leadership role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, plus supervision of staff and management of budgets and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CDM credential or ability to obtain one preferred.
• 3+ years in clinical nutrition and food service management, with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of patient nutrition services and diet plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to support patient care.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring regulatory and sanitation standards.
• Monitor patient feedback and drive service improvements.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and budgets for dietary services.
• Maintain documentation and use electronic health records for diet orders.
