Thomas Cuisine seeks a compassionate Clinical Dietitian Manager to lead hospital nutrition care in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee assessments, care plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes using evidence-based practice.

You’ll guide enteral/parenteral nutrition, educate staff and families, and mentor interns while promoting a culture of patient-centered care within a renowned healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (CDR) certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Current BLS certification.
• ServSafe certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and whole-food nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide nutrition interventions and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during care conferences and discharge planning
• Recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and therapeutic diet standards
• Support patient satisfaction through collaboration with dining services
• Mentor dietetic interns, students, and new team members
• Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance patient satisfaction and the overall nutrition care experience.
