Job summary

Thomas Cuisine seeks a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead inpatient nutrition care in Great Falls, MT. You will oversee patient assessments, develop individualized plans, and mentor dietitians while coordinating with the medical team.

This role supports a trauma center environment, uses Epic, and offers full-time hours, a competitive salary, and a 5% performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Current BLS certification.
• ServSafe certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and whole-food nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide nutrition interventions and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during care conferences and discharge planning
• Recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and therapeutic diet standards
• Support patient satisfaction through collaboration with dining services
• Mentor dietetic interns, students, and new team members
• Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance patient satisfaction and the nutrition care experience.
