Nebraska Methodist Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Service Leader to oversee clinical nutrition services across all Methodist health system locations. This role manages a team of dietitians, dietetic students, and infant nutrition technicians while developing programs, policies, and training to ensure high-quality nutritional care. The Service Leader collaborates with medical staff and food service providers to maintain compliance with nutritional standards and enhance patient and guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a passion for clinical nutrition, and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages hiring, training, evaluations, and staff development to ensure a skilled and professional clinical nutrition team.
• Oversees staff schedules, payroll, and compliance with departmental policies while monitoring productivity and performance.
• Ensures consistent clinical nutrition operations across the health system, including adherence to regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provides medical nutrition therapy when needed, participates in interdisciplinary activities, and facilitates ongoing education for staff and students.
• Leads CBORD system management, training, and troubleshooting to optimize nutrition data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Nutrition and Dietetics or institutional management.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Nutrition or Dietetics required.
• 3 years previous supervisory experience required, preferably as a Clinical Nutrition Manager.
• 5 years previous clinical experience with patients throughout the aging continuum required.
• Experience in community and large teaching hospital environments preferred.
• One year experience in a multifacility system preferred.
