Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing and clinical operations in an institutional setting. The role reports to the Health Service Administrator and requires directing daily activities, supervising staff, and delivering direct patient care within licensure limits.

The successful candidate brings nursing degree and Oklahoma RN licensure with at least two years of nursing experience, including some supervisory work.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a diploma/degree in nursing.
• Must possess current licensure in the state of employment.
• Two years nursing experience required; one year's supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to Warden/Facility Administrator for daily clinical operations.
• Supervise daily nursing/clinical activities and supervise other health staff.
• Provide direct patient care within scope of licensure and apply nursing skills.
• Assist with staffing, physician orders, medications, and triage as needed.
• Develop work schedules and approve leave requests for subordinates.
• Perform triage, physical assessments, and emergency care as required.
