Job summary

Cfg Health System Llc is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and operational support in a correctional healthcare setting. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate staffing, and ensure care meets regulatory standards while serving as a clinical resource to the team.

Ideal candidates have an ASN/BSN and an active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience; supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff with daily assignments and scheduling.
• Ensures care aligns with CFG Health policies, custody, and regulatory standards.
• Provides clinical guidance and serves as a resource to staff.
• Documents accurately and ensures handoffs between shifts.
• Participates in CQI activities and audits.
