Under the Nursing Director, you will coordinate shifts, participate in evaluations, training, and CQI initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Current California RN license with BLS; ACLS required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; supervisory/management experience desirable.
• Minimum 3 years in acute care; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate patient care activities for defined unit during shift.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and development of unit goals.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Assist with staff evaluations, coaching, and performance improvements.
• Ensure safety, CQI projects, and compliance with Joint Commission standards.
