Qualifikationen

• Current and active Nevada RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Emergency Room RN experience; 3 years ED nursing experience preferred.
• Charge/Relief Charge nursing leadership experience desirable

Aufgaben

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in collaboration with management.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when necessary.
• Operates nursing strategies such as employee rounding and hourly rounds to improve engagement.
• Assists with staff interviewing, selecting, training, and development decisions to improve performance.
• Assists with staff scheduling and manages labor in line with patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and helps manage supplies and equipment.
