Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• Currently enrolled in a nursing program with one clinical nursing course and one clinical rotation completed.

Responsibilities

• Under RN guidance, supports nursing process.
• Provide basic patient care including vitals, hygiene, mobility.
• Report changes to RN and escalate concerns.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.
• Participate in hand-offs and data collection.
