Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• 2+ years of acute care experience preferred.
• Exceptions may apply for non-accredited programs with more than 2 years acute care experience.
• BLS certification must be obtained prior to orientation.
• Other ALS certifications may be required per unit/department.
• Must be adaptable, confident, and able to manage change.
• Experience in multiple specialties or willingness to broaden scope.

Responsibilities

• Float pool Clinical Nurse across IU Health facilities.
• Provide evidence-based care across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Participate in teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure high-quality care adhering to ethics and policies.
