Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Adaptable and skilled in managing change.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based patient care.
• Participate in clinical decision-making and collaboration.
• Float between multiple IU Health facilities based on needs.
