Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred; BSN required for hires after Oct 1, 2025.
• Active Indiana RN license or NLC RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; 2+ years preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained before orientation.
• Ability to adapt, communicate well, and handle change across units.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care across continuum including assessment and evaluation.
• Float across IU Health facilities and support varied inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient care plans.
• Mentor, teach, and participate in clinical decision-making.
• Adhere to ANA standards and organizational policies and ethics.
