Qualifications

- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 90 days.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification is needed within 180 days.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned staff and collaboration with disciplines for quality services.
- Evaluate care delivery factors and organize clinic workflows.
- Participate in quality enhancement activities at the clinic level.
- Promote effective communication and create a collaborative culture.
- Oversee training and education for clinical team members.
- Assist in budget management for clinic operations.
