• BLS certification within 90 days (AHA or ARC).
• ACLS certification within 180 days required.

Responsibilities

• Provides evidence-based nursing care per the interprofessional plan and policies.
• Advocates for privacy, confidentiality, and data security.
• Assesses patient/family needs and analyzes data to identify issues.
• Develops and coordinates an individualized interprofessional plan of care and evaluates progress.
• Initiates discharge planning and ensures smooth transitions.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation.
• Demonstrates autonomous leadership and delegates to unlicensed staff for safe, cost-effective care.
