ProHealth Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse to deliver professional nursing care to patients and their families in our Wisconsin facilities.

The role integrates theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, using a systematic approach to patient responses and outcomes. The nurse will supervise delegated tasks, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Current RN license in Wisconsin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or ability to obtain upon hire.
• NIHSS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• PEARS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• CA

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care for patients and families using a systematic, evidence-based approach.
• Demonstrate mastery of technical skills and apply knowledge to recurrent patient care situations.
• Supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensurate with education and abilities of staff supervised.
