Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join a 30-bed GYN Oncology unit, providing direct patient care across chemo, surgery, and supportive services. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, while focusing on patient and family-centered approaches.

Ideal candidate holds a BSN or ADN with RN licensure, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care on a specialized 30-bed unit focused on female patients with GYN Oncology issues, including chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, symptom and pain management, palliative, and hospice care. Responsibilities involve assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, promoting patient and family-centered care, education, and safety. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with an interprofessional team, and evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
