Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced registered nurse to join a 30-bed unit focused on female health, primarily GYN Oncology. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, with emphasis on patient education and safety.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, address physical and psychosocial needs, and promote quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate degree required.
• RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in line with standards.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within the unit.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously assess barriers to involvement in care.
