Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree required
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Current Texas license to practice professional nursing (or temporary/compact)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CRRN within 2 years is encouraged

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient care
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate resources
• Support quality care initiatives and patient safety programs
• Act as preceptor/mentor for less experienced staff
