Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing is required or documented plan with timeframe to complete the degree
• Current Texas nursing license or compact license to practice professional nursing
• Basic Life Support certification
• Clinical/managerial experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the patient care department, including staffing and scheduling.
• Collaborate with physicians, management and staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Participate in program evaluation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care in line with Memorial Hermann policies and budget constraints.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and performance feedback to department staff.
