Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of a patient care department, including staffing, on-call coordination, and care delivery.
• Collaborates with physicians, management, and other partners to achieve organizational goals.
• Evaluates programs and processes to improve patient outcomes and service quality.
• Ensures safe, compassionate, patient-centered care within regulatory and policy standards.
• Supports staff development, performance reviews, and mentorship as needed.
