Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks an Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for efficient, safe nursing care and allocate resources across the unit. You will assist with personnel, budget, strategic planning, and regulatory standards within the care delivery system.

Responsibilities include PI initiatives, staff evaluations, leadership councils, and collaboration with the Clinical Manager to optimize patient throughput and outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of employment is required.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years in clinical nursing practice.
• One year of leadership or charge role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of PI plans to improve outcomes.
• Provide feedback, counseling, and discipline as appropriate.
• Deliver staff evaluations and participate in performance reviews.
• Support staff through orientation and ongoing education.
• Collaborate to ensure patient satisfaction targets are achieved.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines and ensure regulatory compliance.
