Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for resource allocation and support efficient, safe, and compassionate nursing care. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years in clinical nursing practice; one year in leadership role preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment; BLS required.
• Certification in area of specialty required within 6 months of eligibility.
• Experience with performance improvement and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative leadership with Clinical Manager to improve outcomes.
• Provide staff evaluations, counseling and disciplinary support as appropriate.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and patient care delivery models.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and data-driven discussions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to ensure safe, efficient throughput.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and professional nursing standards are maintained.
