Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hold 24/7 accountability for professional nursing practice, development, performance improvement initiatives, daily operations, and fiscal management for the assigned clinical unit.
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies.
• Create a therapeutic departmental environment and promote engagement with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish constructive partnerships to promote loyalty among patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and employees.
