Job summary

Acton Medical Associates, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead daily clinical operations within two departments. This administrative role partners with site chiefs to ensure safe, high‑quality care and efficient service delivery.

You will supervise RNs and LPNs, guide quality improvement, regulatory compliance, patient safety and staffing, and participate in regional leadership activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required and active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS may be required depending on specialty.
• Proven ability to act cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Proven solid interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical practice and operations within the service line.
• Oversee patient and staff safety and satisfaction.
• Manage quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Develop policies and standard work with leadership.
• Coordinate with site chiefs and leadership on program development.
• Participate in regional on-call rotation.
• Mentor nursing staff and manage staffing.
