This administrative leadership role requires a BSN, Massachusetts RN license, and strong nursing leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MA RN license required.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS may be required based on specialty.
- Proven leadership and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and operational functioning of the service line.
- Collaborate with site chiefs to implement improvements to clinical practice and operations.
- Ensure patient and staff safety and adherence to standards.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing and workforce within the reporting lines.
