Job summary

Ambulatory Medical Practices MSO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations across our multi-site outpatient network.

This role requires strong clinical leadership, staff development, and collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing clinical teams, a current RN license, BLS/ACLS, and EPIC EMR proficiency, with a track record of improving patient outcomes in primary care or multi-specialty

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• Minimum 5+ years managing and training clinical staff across multiple locations.
• Strong background in adult patients in primary care/multi-specialty outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR.
• Current RN license; BLS and ACLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing and clinical staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across locations.
• Oversee payroll processing and timecard approvals for accuracy.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize workflows for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Support quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty providers in a multi-site setting.
• Maintain staff certifications and clinical competencies.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation oversight and reporting.
