Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for the ICU. This full-time, on-site role requires 24/7 accountability for nursing practice, development, and patient safety.

You will lead a clinical unit, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a service-oriented environment for patients, families, physicians, and staff. Top qualifications include IL RN licensure, a BSN, preferred MSN or related advanced degree, BLS/CPR, and at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; Ortho certification a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant clinical setting; management experience preferred.

• Hold 24/7 accountability for professional nursing practice, development, performance improvement initiatives, and fiscal management for the assigned unit.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance bodies.
• Create a departmental environment that promotes customer loyalty for patients, families, physicians, and employees.

Hourly Pay Range: $50.64 - $78.49 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Location: Evanston, IL - Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hour per week
• Hours: Monday-Friday on site, 24/7 responsibility

What you will need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, Ortho Certification a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred
