Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager - ICU to lead nursing practice on a major unit at Evanston Hospital. The role is full-time on-site with 40 hours per week and 24/7 accountability for clinical excellence.

Applicants must hold IL RN licensure and a BSN; a Master's degree is preferred. BLS/CPR certification is required, with Ortho Certification a plus. A minimum of 3 years in a relevant clinical setting, with prior management experience, is desirable.

Hourly Pay Range: $50.64 - $78.49 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hour per week
• Hours: Monday-Friday on site, 24/7 responsibility

What you will need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, Ortho Certification a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred
